Dr. Costeloe completed five years of specialized surgical training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Michigan State University. She subsequently elected to do further sub-specialty training in Facial Plastic surgery and was selected to complete a highly competitive fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with the past President of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, facial plastic surgery expert, Dr. Newman, and rhinoplasty expert, Dr. Kim in San Francisco, CA. Dr. Costeloe has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and presented at countless national meetings.
With a commitment to delivering results that are both natural and significant, Dr. Costeloe combines her surgical expertise with a personalized approach, ensuring each patient’s unique needs are met. She loves to connect with her patients in their native tongue, in addition to English, she is fluent Russian and conversational in Spanish.

An integral part of Dr. Costeloe’s medical career is helping people and giving back to the community. She was given the Arnold P. Gold Humanism in Medicine award during medical school and is a member of the Gold Humanism National Honor Society. Dr. Costeloe actively participates in the FACE TO FACE program, a humanitarian program sponsored by the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for patients with facial trauma who can’t afford treatments. Victims of domestic abuse, patients with congenital deformities and veterans with who suffered face, head and neck trauma in combat are eligible. She provides surgical treatment to help these patients regain their confidence and improve their quality of life.
As an avid advocate for healthcare equity and compassionate service, Dr. Costeloe is dedicated to medical mission work and global health initiatives. With a heart for the underserved and a passion for making a positive impact on a global scale, she has embarked on transformative medical missions to Malawi and the Dominican Republic, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of those in need.
Dr. Costeloe has a creative spirit fueled by a lifelong passion for art and the joy of working with her hands. From a young age, she had an innate curiosity and an eye for aesthetics that developed into a profound love for the tactile nature of hands-on work. Ranging from painting and sketching to pottery and mixed-media creations, Dr. Costeloe embraced the freedom to explore diverse artistic landscapes. In her spare time, Dr. Costeloe enjoys yoga, snowboarding, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
