Aging affects everyone. However, a procedure known as a forehead lift, also known as a brow lift, can eliminate some of the most common attributes: droopy brows, a “hooded” appearance over the eyes, forehead lines, and the general frown indentations that are a byproduct of age.
In this procedure, the affected skin area is excised or smoothed to tighten the forehead, lift the upper eyelids, and eliminate frown indentations. The effect can be a more lively, perky, and youthful-appearing face. Advances in cosmetic surgery have made this procedure relatively easy, quick, and long-lasting. It can be performed by itself or at the same time as other facial procedures such as those on the nose or eyebrows, or a full facelift.
Dr. Chiaramonte and Dr. Costeloe encourage you to request a consultation if you are considering a brow lift so that you can learn more about this procedure and receive a professional opinion about your cosmetic needs. Give us a call at 301-567-6767 today.
