I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Chiaramonte back in March of 2020, right before the pandemic. The staff was all very kind and efficient during the whole process between the consultation appointments, the procedure, as well as the after care. It’s now been almost a year since my surgery and I’m very pleased with my results! Dr. Costeloe was absolutely fantastic! I saw her for my first lip filler procedure and was stunned by the results. My lips are full, yet natural and tasteful. Dr. Costeloe is absolutely fantastic. I wanted to explore preventive Botox and Dr.Costeloe took the time to discuss my concerns and addressed all of my questions. Not only is she very knowledgeable about preventive treatment options but her patient care etiquette is top notch - she made sure I felt comfortable with the procedure, informed about the process and followed up with me after the Botox treatment to see how I was feeling. I am obsessed with my results - they look very natural which is exactly want I asked for. I will be going back to Dr. Costeloe for all of my future facial treatments and cannot recommend her enough.

I have been going through a lot of skin issues ever since moving here to the Bay Area. Basically, my skin didn't feel as youthful as it use to be - thinner, dry, porous, pale...and just dead really. I had tried every expensive creams, regimen, etc. I brought this up to Dr. Costeloe and recommended I try Micro-needling. I am so glad I did this and will most definitely do it again. During my visit, Dr. Costeloe broke down the process for me thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Even after my treatment, she would follow up a few times to check on progress on my skin. Most physicians are not as thorough and so I appreciate how much she cares. The result was great, my skin purged and once healed, my skin feels so soft and pungent when touching it. Highly recommend this to anyone who just needs a reboot on their skin and make it look alive again. Additionally, in the past I visited a dermatologist about my TMJ. They decided to pump my jaw with a lot of Botox as an immediate solution, what they didn't tell me was that my face structure would significantly change... basically I looked like an alien and wouldn't leave my house for months! But when I brought up my TMJ issue with Dr. Costeloe, she quickly opposed I should do the botox route based on my facial structure and provided a different route. With that being said, I appreciate how she takes into consideration aesthetic AND healthy solutions in her approach. Additionally, in the past I visited a dermatologist about my TMJ.
