This was the best experience I’ve ever had in visiting an establishment. From my initial inquiry all the way to the end of the process was outstanding. I sent an email inquiry and Khrystal responded promptly, she provided me with all the information I needed and answered all my questions. I found the entire staff to be very friendly, courteous and professional. My interaction with Denise was stellar as well as my interaction with Kristin. The team on surgery day were very professional and ensured my health and safety was top priority. Dr. Chiaramonte called the evening after surgery to check to make sure all was well, which I thought was very considerate and going above and beyond. I also had concerns a few days later in which I called after hours and received a call back from the doctor within 30 minutes. Thank you to the entire staff at Bella Cosmetic for making my experience an exceptional one.
