This 32-year-old woman from Mechanicsville, Maryland had been dissatisfied with the contour of her breasts for quite some time and had done her research on the procedure and implants that were used typically. A friend of hers who had received cosmetic surgery from me in the past referred her to me as a Maryland plastic surgeon who could create the quality results she wanted. During her consultation with me, she explained why she was unhappy with certain things about her breasts. After careful examining her anatomy and talking over her desires for her new shape I suggested she undergo a bilateral breast augmentation procedure. Because of the patient's skin elasticity and small size, I also suggested that she consider a silicone or saline implant to be placed entirely underneath the muscle. After careful consideration, she agreed with my suggestions and decided on an implant size of 325cc. This patient enjoyed an excellent recovery. She now has very well-defined contour and a brighter confidence about her. Her breasts are very proportional with one another and have a natural look which she wanted. She is very pleased with her choice to receive a breast augmentation in Maryland, and now shares her experience with everyone.
