Maryland Plastic Surgery Photo Gallery

This patient found herself in search of a Washington DC plastic surgeon to give her an answer to the extra skin of her upper arms.   She noticed that as the years past, the amount of skin that sagged increased.  This was even after she worked out at the gym consistently for years. 

During her consult, I noticed that this patient had extra skin in the upper arm area.  The amount of extra skin was noted to be in both directions, therefore I suggested a standard brachioplasty (Maryland arm lift) procedure.  This would require an incision through the arm pit and down the inside of the arm. 

The patient decided to have the procedure and found herself in short sleeve shirts waving to everyone she knew.  She found that the incision faded significantly over time.  Today she only tries to figure out why she did not have the procedure done sooner!
