Maryland Plastic Surgery Photo Gallery

This 23-year-old patient from Mechanicsville, Maryland was in search of a plastic surgery procedure that would address the lack of fullness in her breast area. The patient had not had children yet, so she felt that her breasts should not have looked like she lacked breast volume. She was very unhappy with how she looked in clothing, in spite of that fact that she was in great shape, because bras and tops didn't fit her properly. She was also very self-conscious out of clothing. She came to my Maryland plastic surgery office to find out about her options.

After consultation and review of her medical history, I determined that this patient was a very good candidate for a bilateral breast augmentation procedure. This Maryland plastic surgery procedure would provide the breast fullness she was lacking, giving her a more feminine shape. For this patient the implant would be inserted through an incision around the aerola and placed below the pectoral muscle for a smooth, natural look. She chose to have saline implants placed and filled to 250 cc.

During the recovery from her Maryland breast enhancement procedure, this young, healthy patient healed very well. She experienced minimal scarring and bruising. The patient was able to return to normal activity within a week. She was very pleased with her new fuller breasts and more feminine figure. She felt that her body was much more balanced and proportioned, and was much more self-confident about her appearance.
