This patient lives in Southern Maryland and came to our cosmetic surgery practice looking for a solution to the heaviness in her mid section.

After reviewing the medial history and speaking with the patient about her concerns, liposuction of mid body with a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) was the answer. This area of liposuction contours the mid body, from the bottom of the bra strap to the top of the underwear. The tummy tuck removes the excess skin. Performing the two procedures together will give the patient a slimmer, contoured look.

After undergoing mid-body liposuction with an abdominoplasty, the patient was extremely happy with her results. She was able to fit comfortably into clothing she had previously placed in the back of her closet. She was inspired to keep up the results achieved, from her Washington DC cosmetic surgery, by starting a new diet and exercise program.
