Maryland Plastic Surgery Photo Gallery

This 33-year-old patient was referred to my office from another physician.  Her main concern was the sagging of her breast that she had following her dramatic weight loss of over 150 lbs.  She was in search of a procedure that would rejuvenate her breast. 

During her consultation visit, the patient informed me that she was happy with her size (D cup) but wanted a lift.  Upon physical exam, I felt the patient would benefit from a small breast reduction.  This would give her the fullness and lift that she was seeking.  The small reduction in breast tissue would help maintain the results for a longer period of time.  I felt a lift alone, would cause the sagging to reoccur at a faster rate.

The patient decided to follow my recommendations and she proceeded with the Maryland breast reduction surgery. She found that she was back to her normal activities with in a few weeks of surgery.  She was happy that she had chosen this surgery as her first after weight loss surgery.
