This 41 year old woman presented to my Washington DC cosmetic surgey office with a couple of concerns. One of her concerns was the size of her breasts. This patient explained to me that she had a D cup size and wanted to be a little smaller. During her examination, I agreed that she could benefit from a small reduction. This type of breast reduction would give her fullness in the top portion of her breast, center the areola and put her into a C size cup. The look that would be acheived was explained to the patient. She agreed that this procedure would give her the appearance she was seeking. After the procedure, she voiced joy in the way her clothing fit. She noticed an immediate difference in her figure. She could not wait to enjoy the slimmer style clothing that she was going to be able to purchase over the next couple of months.
