Maryland Plastic Surgery Photo Gallery

 This patient is a 40-year-old salon owner from Southern Maryland. She worked out routinely, but felt that there were certain areas of her body that still caused her problems. She had tried several different techniques, but she was still concerned about her arms.  She was hoping that liposuction would correct the look and found my practice during her search for a Maryland Plastic Surgeon.

 After speaking with the patient, I agreed that liposuction of her arms would be the answer.  I felt that she would be an excellent candidate for the procedure because she still had excellent elasticity in her skin, which meant that she would not need any additional procedures to the skin. This procedure would consist of the removal of fat using power assisted liposuction (PAL) system. The incisions would be very small in diameter, leaving minimal evidence once healing was complete. After surgery, the patient would wear a compression garment to minimize swelling.
 
Postoperatively, the patient recovered extremely well. She had minimal bruising, swelling, and showed no signs of infections. Contouring was excellent and symmetry was achieved. The patient was pleased with the new appearance of her arms. She felt much better when wearing sleeveless shirts. She felt that her Maryland Liposuction body was now more in proportion.
