This 36-year-old patient found our office during a search on the internet for a Washington, DC breast enhancement physician. She contacted us during the early spring in hopes that she could have her new look for the summer months.

During her exam, she explained to me that she currently wore a 34B and wanted to be a full C. She explained that she was not happy with the amount of sagging she had. She felt her nipples were lower than they should be. After a physical exam at my practice where I offer plastic surgery for Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland residents, we discussed her options. I explained to her that she would require a lift to correct the amount of sag, but this would not achieve the fullness she was seeking. She would need to use an implant to give her the fullness of a C cup.

After our discussion she was able to try sizers on and she decided that she would be happy with a 350cc implant. The use of this size implant gave her the fullness and look in clothing she was seeking. She decided to proceed quickly with her breast enhancement surgery. Within two weeks, she recieved her pre- and post operative instructions and underwent her augmentation mastopexy procedure.

This patient noticed that she felt more confident during the early summer months when she went swimsuit shopping. For the first time in years she was able to look great in a bathing suit top that did not have padding or an underwire!
