Maryland Plastic Surgery Photo Gallery

This patient is a 36-year-old female from Indian Head, Maryland interested in breast enhancement. She was interested in plastic surgery in Maryland to improve her breast appearance after pregnancy and nursing, though she wasn’t sure what type of surgery she needed. She expressed concern over sagging, drooping, and loss of fullness in the breast area. This meant that combination of  breast augmentation and  breast lift (mastopexy) plastic surgery through my Maryland practice could improve her appearance.

Since she wanted to regain fullness and lose droopiness, I recommended that she undergo both breast augmentation and mastopexy. Breast implants better proportion the ratio of tissue to skin, but in her case, there still would be excess skin, meaning a lift was needed to raise the breasts to their ideal level. This plastic surgery procedure in Maryland included an incision made around the areola for the implant to be placed. A pocket was then created for a 350cc Smooth Round Saline implant to be placed. After the implant was placed, I removed an area of skin and repositioned the areola.

The patient's recovery from her Maryland breast enhancement surgery couldn’t have gone better. Her scars healed quickly and she had no infection or bleeding issues. She was absolutely delighted to have a surgery that resulted in her breasts looking better than they ever had before.
