Maryland Plastic Surgery Photo Gallery

At 32 years old, this Washington, D.C. businesswoman chose Maryland breast enhancement to improve her breast appearance. She felt that her bustline lacked fullness and wanted to increase her bust size from a small B cup to a full C cup. Her main concern was that her breast size did not accentuate her figure. She was seeking to change her breast appearance, but still maintain a natural look.

After examination at my plastic surgery office in Maryland, I observed that since she did not have sagging breast skin, a breast lift would be unnecessary. I recommended that an augmentation mammoplasty (breast enlargement) would address her concerns. She mentioned that she was a daily smoker and I made her aware of the possible complications and required her to stop smoking for several weeks before her plastic surgery procedure in Maryland. During the surgery, I made a periareolar incision (crescent incision around the areola) and placed the implant in a subpectoral pocket (under the muscle). The implant was a 250cc Smooth Round Moderate Profile Saline implant, which was filled to a final volume of 275cc.   

After her surgery, the patient quickly recovered from her Washington DC breast enhancement. Her incisions healed well and with proper massaging methods, the implants settled in place nicely and the patient was very happy. She was pleased with her new fuller breast appearance and attractive cleavage, and felt more confident with her new profile.
