This patient had full, feminine breasts, but she wanted to give her breasts a tighter curve and more comfortable size by undergoing a breast lift (mastopexy). She was also concerned about the size and position of her areolas, which she felt were disproportionately large even for her large breasts. This approach has yielded very flattering results for this patient. The balanced, natural-looking shape of her breasts and the better position of her areolas flatter her body nicely.
